You can reach us by phone with one of the numbers at the top right of your browser, or fill out the form on our contact page.

What kind of file format should I send my art in?

Vector art is generally preferable to pixel art. Our art room works in the Adobe Creative Suite, so AI is ideal, but we can also work with PDF and EPS formats. Please outline all fonts before sending artwork. If necessary we can work with pixel based images such as JPGs, but make sure you are sending your highest quality image.

What print output options do you have available?

Our screen printed products utilize spot color UV inks. Our digital printers options include UV four color process, Eco Sol four color process, digital spot color, and digitally cut vinyl in a variety of colors and materials.

Are you able to match an existing color?

We use Pantone Coated swatches for color match reference, and can custom mix colors to match a physical sample.

What materials do you have available for printing?

We have a wide range of materials for a variety of applications.  They include a variety of adhesive products on clear, white, and a range of special materials.  We also have auto grade magnet material, heavy duty banner materials, static cling vinyls, a number of safety and reflective materials, and many more.  Our clear materials are available for inside, as well as outside application.

What die cutting options do you have available?

In addition to plot cutting decals printed on our digital printers, we have the ability to do steel rule decals, and thermal or kiss cut decals.  Check here for more information on die cutting.

What kind of bleeds and borders do you require?

When cutting apart stickers, or punch them out with a die, a certain amount of material is reserved to be cut into. In the case of images with a bleed, please indicate cut line, and provide at least an eighth inch additional image around the cut line. In the case of images that aren’t bleeds we require some material all around the image to be cut into, approximately an eighth inch all the way around.  Please let us know if you have a specific size you need the material cut to.
